Western Heritage Realty is women-owned and founded by Cynthia Fisher, a Central Coast native Californian. Cynthia’s contacts, connections and long-time relationships make her contact list invaluable in marketing luxury properties in California. Cynthia wanted to create an even stronger relationship with her Central Coast farming area, ensuring no prospect fell through the cracks.

This combined a custom magazine-style digital brochure for all properties, a self-guided tour map, billboards and email campaigns with matching automatic online ads throughout Google, Facebook & Instagram.
Brandit360 created an extraordinary presentation that includes innovative videography and photography vividly bringing the property’s unique qualities virtually into prospective buyers’ homes and offices.
Visually rich property brochures, designed to attract potential buyers’ attention, articulate each property’s rural lifestyle and agricultural opportunities. The booklets are mailed to a select list of affluent individuals in the local market and to an appropriate demographic audience.
Engaging advertisements are strategically placed in both local and national publications dedicated to the marketing and sale of luxury residential and agricultural real estate.
