Working with New American Homes over the past 4 years, Brandit360 has designed email campaigns a community newsletter, print collateral for model homes and updated logos for both New American Homes and Newport Cove. The website for the waterfront community, Newport Cove, was the last major project that needed to be addressed.
Our design team created a modern design for the Newport Cove site that features clean lines, large, crisp images, simple navigation and responsive design.
Since the site launch, Newport Cove has seen significant increases in both organic search traffic and time spent on the site. No doubt the redesign helped modernize their brand from the consumer’s perspective–they are even seeing foot traffic increase to their models as a result of the interest that their photo-driven website generated online.
We are following up the launch with a Social Media Strategy to engage residents and potential buyers for Newport Cove.
